I have a passion for health and fitness that led me to FFD Fitness! My journey began when I turned to fitness as an outlet for both social interaction and personal wellness. Over time, my passion has grown, along with my desire to inspire others to invest in their health and wellness journey. My recent adventures include leading small group fitness classes that support women on their menopause journey in my boutique fitness gym. We create a warm and welcoming environment for all fitness levels. As an advocate for exercise as a key step toward physical and mental health, I continue to grow and educate myself to better serve my clients. With over ten years of experience and a drive to support women on this wellness journey, I am loving every minute of it!

I bring over 20 years of fitness and wellness expertise, specializing in hypnosis, menopause coaching, and advocacy as a Menopause Champion with the Menopause Expert Group. My passion lies in empowering women, particularly those navigating peri and post-menopause, to embrace their natural transformations. Together, we challenge aging stereotypes and foster self-acceptance, ensuring women live passionately fulfilled lives. As a certified Mind Rebel™ Coach and Menopause Coaching Specialist with Girls Gone Strong, I'm dedicated to breaking barriers and nurturing holistic well-being.
What is my investment?
Room 1: One Queen bed $400 per person/shared bed
Price is per person based on two sharing a queen
Room 2: One Queen bed $400 per person/shared bed

Room 3: Three single beds, $350 per bed/per person.
Room 4: Two double over double bunkbeds, $350 per bed. This is located outside the cottage.
Prices cover accommodations, meals, workshops, linens, toiletries, and a thank you gift. Alcohol is not provided but can be brought along.
