The Mind, Movement & Menopause program was created by women, for women who want to educate and support women as they navigate aging in a healthy, happy and confident way~feeling great inside and out. The MMM program welcomes women and shares the juicy tips and tricks; mental and physical, that will make the menopausal journey a little more manageable and a lot more fun!

I am a certified fitness coach and personal trainer with over 10 years experience. My goal as a fitness professional is to help women gain control and get back to the best version of themselves: mind, body and soul. I teach clients to work smarter, not harder to help them smash their health and wellness goals, fully supported ,side by side.
I'm Allison!
I am a professional hypnosis practitioner, life coach and menopause mentor that specializes in working with peri & post menopausal women and a proud body-positivity champion. I have over 19 years of fitness and wellness experience and believe in co-creating with women, helping them live a life unapologetically, in ownership of oneself~mind, body & soul.

Women in their 40+ experiencing menopausal symptoms and feeling all the stresses and confusion that goes along with it. The MMM program is for women wanting to gain knowledge and acceptance of their aging body; increase confidence and take back control; create healthy boundaries and feel better in their skin ~mind, body & soul.

Aging facts:
Loss of muscle mass with age begins in the thirties and accelerates during the menopause transition making muscle conditioning essential as we age.
Depression and anxiety can emerge during the menopause transition, likely due to underlying vulnerability and hormone changes.
More than 50% of women complain about sleep irregularity during menopause including waking in the night and suffering from hot flashes.
Hot flashes are one of the most common experiences during menopause due to falling oestrogen levels and can vary from mild to drenched sheets with limited relief.
